    We are looking for an experienced R&D Tax Director/Principle to join our team.

    The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of research and development (R&D) tax, tax research, case studies, tax strategy, and tax law.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to guide our company to create the best tax strategies and make sure that our organization is compliant with the latest tax laws.


    Key responsibilities of this role include:
    Developing and implementing R&D tax strategiesIdentifying new business, and determining edibility with existing clients.

    Researching and analyzing current tax laws and regulationsPreparing and filing corporate tax returnsIdentifying potential tax credits and deductionsMaking sure that our company is compliant with federal, state, and local tax lawsProviding guidance and support to the team on tax-related mattersQualifications:Bachelors degree in Tax, Law, Accounting, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in the R&D tax fieldKnowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirementsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsBenefitsMedical DentalVision401kBonusesPTOLife insuranceDisability (short/ long term)RemoteProfit sharing Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
