    We are looking for a skilled and motivated Director of Oil and Gas Sales to lead our sales team and drive strategic initiatives in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise and a proven track record in sales management, along with a deep understanding of the energy industry. As Director, you will be in charge of developing and implementing sales strategies, nurturing relationships with key clients, and guiding our company towards sustained growth in the market.     Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand the customer base in the oil and gas sector.
    • Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships with key clients in the oil and gas industry.
    • Stay informed about industry-specific landscapes and trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to optimize profits while meeting clients' requirements.
    • Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals through training, guidance, and performance evaluation.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and pursue new market prospects.
    • Compile and present sales reports and forecasts to the executive team, utilizing crucial sales data to guide decisions.
    • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and showcase the company's products and services.
    • Coordinate with the operations and finance departments to ensure client satisfaction and proper sales account management.
    • Establish individual sales targets with the sales team and track performance to ensure goal attainment.
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while remaining well-informed about new products and competitive status.
    • Collaborate closely with the product development team to equip the sales team with essential technical knowledge and materials.
    • Guarantee compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the sales processes.


    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the oil and gas field
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets
    • Proven experience in creating and executing strategic sales plans
    • Solid understanding of the oil and gas market, trends, and major players
    • Experience in negotiating and closing large contracts
    • Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
    • Capability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
    • Willingness to travel
    • Knowledge of current technologies and practices in the oil and gas domain
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
    • High level of integrity and professionalism
    • Lubricant knowledge/experience preferred but not required
