    Independent insurance agency in search of team players with a passion for entrepreneurship and a strong commitment to client service.

    Many have joined right after college with no sales experience and achieved over $200k in personal production in their first full calendar year.

    How We Do It:
    At Remote Sales Recruiting, we are committed to the success of every one of our agents. You will sell life insurance and other products to people who have reached out for our help.

    Meet with clients over the phone or via ZOOM:
    all leads are provided, no cold calling or prospecting

    • Warm leads, no cold calling
    • We work remotely

    Available Roles:
    We offer both full-time and part-time sales and agency development roles.

    • Part-time: 1-2 sales/week: $500-$1K ($25K-$50K/year)
    • Average: 3-5 sales/week: $1,500-$2,500 ($75K-$125K/year)
    Above Average: 6-8 sales/week: $3K-$4K ($150K-$200K/year)

    • Agents average 12-15 sales a week

    Management History:
    You have a background in building and managing within a business development role.


    Requirements:

    • Life and Health Insurance License (we can still talk if you're not licensed)
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Must be a self-starter, motivated, and driven to succeed
    • Must be able to work independently and be comfortable with full commission sales


    With several proprietary lead generation and training systems, you'll have the opportunity to build your own business and earn according to your efforts.

    We also offer a leadership development program to help ambitious sales professionals develop their own agency.


    Income Opportunity:

    • Average agents make $50K in their first year.
    • Good agents make $150K in their first year.
    • Superstars make $300K+.
