    Behavior Technician (Autism Therapist) - Join Our Team!

    Location: Tyrone, Georgia, USA

    Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time

    Company Overview

    At our organization, we implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to ensure both the child and their supporting family members achieve their goals gradually.

    We are currently seeking a motivated individual to work as a Behavior Technician, providing 1:1 therapy to children aged 18 months to 21 years diagnosed with autism.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Deliver personalized care to clients using a blend of structured teaching and naturalistic training
    • Implement specific behavioral protocols under the guidance of the case manager
    • Record and track data on client behavior and progress
    • Update data systems and share information with the team
    • Provide session and parent notes, along with receiving and giving feedback regularly
    • Participate in continual education and training sessions
    • Fulfill assigned Registered Behavior Technician duties

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Full-time and part-time positions available
    • Hourly Pay Range: $17.75-$25
    • Sign-on bonus amounting to $1000, disbursed in two installments
