_Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Noblesville, IN_Schedule
- 8 am to 4 pm
- One client from 8 am to 12 pm
- One client from 12 pm to 4 pm
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required
- High school diploma required
- Previous experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism preferred
- Experience working with physically aggressive children or adults preferred

What does the position look like?
- Individualized 1:1 playbased ABA therapy aligning with the client's individualized treatment plan
- Direct supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a student Trainer with small caseloads
- Function as an active participant in the client's treatment team through collaboration with clinical staff and family
- Teaching life skills (dressing, bathing, cooking, etc), appropriate social and play skills with peers, expanding food choices and preferences, communication, and target behavior reduction
- Leading group social activities to meet goals of multiple clients
- Maintenance of client confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA laws
- Data collection and billing electronically
- Participation during Speech and Occupational therapies

Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour
