- One (1) year experience as a Maintenance Technician I or Two (2) years in maintenance technician roles, preferably within commercial or multi-family property management.
- Previous janitorial experience is desirable.
- Demonstrated motivation, time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Intermediate knowledge in various areas like landscaping, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, drywall tasks, flooring installation and repair, and pool maintenance.
- Proficient in operating a pressure washer.
- Capability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Familiarity with vacuum cleaners, janitorial equipment, and proper chemical handling.
- Availability for after-hours emergencies.
- Reliable transportation for tools and equipment, including power washing gear.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record for work-related errands.
- Strong communication skills and understanding of regulations like landlord/tenant laws, Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws.

Commercial and Residential Management Group is in search of a Maintenance Technician II to handle the regular upkeep and cleanliness of buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas at Colony Park and Fir Terrace Apartments, totaling 99 units. The Maintenance Technician II will be responsible for various maintenance tasks like repairs, carpentry, painting, landscaping, pool maintenance, and janitorial duties under the guidance of experienced technicians.

Hourly Rate: $26-$28 (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Additional Compensation: Monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend
