    Managing Director, Professional Staffing

    Role summary:


    The Managing Director of Professional Staffing reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for business development, managing their office's Professional Staffing division, and establishing and achieving sales and profit goals for their location. Successful individuals should thrive on building and growing a dynamic practice, are able to prioritize multiple responsibilities, and exhibit a proven aptitude for developing business relationships.

    This role will be on-site in our beautiful Glendale, CA office.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide overall leadership in ensuring company brand, strategy, culture, and policy objectives are met—all while helping to execute the Group Concept philosophy throughout.
    • Lead practice by managing daily operations and refining and executing the growth strategy.
    • Continually develop new client business with strategic targets and cultivate relationships with existing clients.
    • Develop go-to market strategies for expanding existing business and building new business.
    • Implement direct marketing, advertising, and sponsorship programs to ensure ROI.
    • Mentor/manage team by directing work efforts, monitoring recruitment efforts, resolving client and/or Associate issues, and addressing internal office issues.
    • Create revenue by generating, closing, and managing search and project/interim engagements.
    • Represent Century Group in professional and community organizations, training, and industry-specific events.

    Qualifications:
    • 5-plus years' experience in consulting firm; or senior level executive experience; or Executive Search experience. CPA or MBA is a plus.
    • Business development experience in professional services, Executive Search or Contract/Interim Services.
    • Demonstrated track record leading and developing exceptional sales performers, and experience managing by key metrics.
    • Strong knowledge of employment and recruitment best practices.

    Our Benefits:
    • We offer an excellent compensation package, including a competitive base salary and generous incentive plan based on candidate's experience and performance. Total compensation will range from $120,000 to $400,000.
    • Strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision within 30-days of employment.
    • Company matching 401(k) plan, Life Insurance, Parental Leave Benefits, Paid Time Off (PTO) for Exempt and Non-Exempt employees respectively, and 10 paid holidays.
