    Description

    A client of ours in the modular construction industry located in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking a Construction Buyer/Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. This position will spearhead and support the setup, management, and expansion of the supply chain for a new Modular Manufacturing Facility. Production in this new facility is set to start in August of 2024. This person will be crucial in supporting production. The perfect candidate has a minimum of 2 years experience in the construction industry and is a proactive individual, prepared to assume complete responsibility for end-to-end resource planning, procurement, vendor relations, and inventory control without requiring direct oversight. This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

    salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
    education: Bachelors

    Responsibilities

    • Independently establish and expand the supply chain for the Advanced Modular Manufacturing Facility.
    • Oversee all aspects of procurement, vendor partnerships, and inventory management.
    • Leverage technology to optimize supply chain operations.
    • Align with business-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and translate them into specific supply chain metrics, ensuring suppliers adhere to processes and surpass performance targets.
