    Hiring Leaders are seeking candidates' with an analytical/strategic viewpoint (potential technical facilitation background can be even more helpful). There are numerous systems and process that they will be training on, so that background is going to be of great value. A candidate with a facilitation background for "soft skills" may not necessarily be the right match. Someone with a "mind for process."

    Candidates selected for this project will be responsible for coordinating and implementing all aspects of training programs for internal associates across the organization. Duties will include, but are not limited to:


    • Delivering virtual and instructor led training


    • Review and select appropriate materials for training resources


    • Create an engagement environment that is conductive to learning and informative


    • Monitor training personnel records to ensure that employees have met all company training requirements


    • Evaluates the relevance of online resources to complement the facilitated experience in the field as needed


    • Analyzes course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to provide suggested changes for improvement to leaders within the department


    • Makes decisions regarding their work methodology and requires minimal direction

    REQUIREMENTS:


    • Bachelors' Degree


    • Minimum of 2 years of experience handling duties as detailed above


    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Primarily Outlook, Project, & PowerPoint)

    PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:


    • Master's Degree


    • Understanding of curriculum design and adult learning principles


    • Experience using a wide variety of training tools to effectively facilitate to a wide audience


    • Experience managing projects or processes
