Job DescriptionGeneral Manager - Growing QSR Concept in Boca/Delray
Our client, a thriving, health-focused QSR concept in the Boca/Delray area, is seeking an experienced, driven General Manager to lead their team and optimize restaurant operations. If you have a proven track record of success in fast-paced QSR environments and a passion for promoting healthy dining options, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and customer service
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of crew members and shift leaders
- Implement and enforce food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to drive profitability and minimize waste
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and execute local store marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Foster a positive, customer-centric culture that prioritizes exceptional service and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager in a QSR or fast-casual restaurant setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and restaurant operations best practices
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, and MS Office
- ServSafe certification required
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
