The Human Resources department is looking for you as an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in Iyanbito, NM.

As a shaper of the future, you can expect:

  • As an HR Business Partner for the defined areas of responsibility, you will get to know and understand your clients and accompany them in their organizational and strategic development.
  • You will be the first point of contact for managers and employees for all personnel matters and questions regarding company and collective agreements, as well as legal framework conditions.
  • You are able to handle traditional departmental structures as well as new forms of work organization in agile and hybrid environments.
  • You oversee and manage the personnel aspects of the departments, such as identifying future personnel needs and competencies, and advising on corresponding measures such as employee recruitment or development.
