For our client in Mannheim, we are looking for support for projects in the inbound area in Camargo, KY.
Your tasks:
- Receiving and customeroriented processing of incoming customer inquiries
- Recording and maintaining customer data
- Complaint management and processing of complaints
- Order processing
Your profile:
- Good knowledge of German
- Good handling of various programs
- No 75 required
- Training in the field as a medical assistant, pharmacy assistant advantageous but not necessary
- Experience in call centers sufficient
- Home office possible after training
