For our client in Mannheim, we are looking for support for projects in the inbound area in Camargo, KY.

Your tasks:

  • Receiving and customeroriented processing of incoming customer inquiries
  • Recording and maintaining customer data
  • Complaint management and processing of complaints
  • Order processing

Your profile:

  • Good knowledge of German
  • Good handling of various programs
  • No 75 required
  • Training in the field as a medical assistant, pharmacy assistant advantageous but not necessary
  • Experience in call centers sufficient
  • Home office possible after training
