Digital Sales Business Development Manager - Spring, United States - Hewlett Packard
Description
Creating sales strategies to grow conversion at digital touch points in customer support- Working with PC and Print organizations to help define the revenue generating opportunities and deployment strategy and timing.
- Play a key role in the development of the business plans working with the global & RTM teams to meet quality and delivery timelines.
- Support the regional operations business plans to meet targets/budgets, cost plans and customer experience objectives.
- Identify inhibitors and solutions to improve performance through regional contact centers and partners, ex. HP Online Stores, HHO, Channel & Marketing.
- Manage relationships across the ecosystem and provide updates to key stakeholders and executive management
- Development of business cases
- Executing on business funding exercises
- Driving deployment of strategic programs
- Executivelevel communications
- Managing to key performance indicators
- Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive business improvements.
- Works across regions/geographies and WW teams to develop and/or implement new/enhanced services, solutions, or programs and associated processes to meet emerging customer/market needs and fuel profitable growth.
- Responsible for revenue and margin contribution for a set of (more than one) solutions or services.
- Utilizes indepth understanding of customer business and complex requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value.
- Utilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross
- Establish strategies and business plans to support business goals and initiatives by driving profitable growth
- Establish a culture of process improvements and recommend changes in alignment with the business.
- May be responsible for leading, managing, sponsoring or participating on projects.
Education and Experience Required:
- First Level University degree.
- 7+ years in digital marketing/sales roles or in like roles/businesses.
Knowledge and Skills:
- 3+ years of business development experience
- 3+ years digital sales experience
- Track history of advanced sales and project management skills
- Demonstrates an indepth understanding of key Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
- Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods.
- PMP Certified preferred.
