About the Program
HP's Supply Chain Organization is at the heart of one of the world's most sustainable and just technology companies.


The rotation program will consist of 4 eight-month rotation assignments that can include projects in different areas of the organization's headquarters in Spring (Houston), Texas.


Rotation Examples

Supply Planning Analyst:


As a Planning Analyst, become the driving force behind our seamless supply chain operation You'll be the mastermind orchestrating the perfect balance between supply and demand, ensuring our products are always available when our customers need them.

Planning is the heart of our business, where you'll blend data-driven insights with strategic planning to ensure our products flow seamlessly from production to delivery.

Deep dive into data analysis, forecasting, and optimization strategies as you navigate through the complexities of our supply chain network.

Collaborate with a diverse team, innovate new solutions, and drive efficiency at every turn.


Supply Chain Business Analyst:


As a Supply Chain Business Analyst on our Partner Business Management team, embark on a dynamic rotation, where you'll immerse yourself in the intricacies of supply chain operations.

As part of our team of 14 procurement professionals, you'll play a vital role in part of managing 60+ RFQs, driving over $2 billion in annual spend.

Beyond RFQ management, you'll also cultivate and nurture crucial Partner Management relationships with ODMs and Suppliers, gaining invaluable experience and insights along the way.


Factory Services Project Manager:


Under the direction of the SCSD AMS Delivery team, the Factory Services Project Manager will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations during this rotation.

In this role, you will learn the configuration services setup process and gain real-world E2E experience through interactions with external customers, sales, sales operations, procurement, engineering, PDM, and factory teams.


Total Customer Experience Analyst:


Join our Supply Chain Markets and Logistics team in a dynamic position where you will be at the forefront of driving Total Customer Experience (TCE) program enhancements.

Utilize your expertise in data analytics and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives. In addition to TCE-focused tasks, you will contribute to various Business Management functions.

You will gain a comprehensive understanding of our Supply Chain Markets & Logistics operations and their impact on customer satisfaction.

This role offers the unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams beyond Supply Chain, including HR and Finance, fostering a holistic business perspective.


Process Engineer:


Business Management Analyst:

As a Business Management Analyst, you will be at the forefront of driving Sustainable Impact & Compliance program enhancements. Utilize your expertise in data analytics and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.

In addition to focused tasks, you will contribute to various Business Management functions and will gain a comprehensive understanding of our mission critical operations and their impact on our communities and planet.

This role offers the unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams beyond Supply Chain, including HR and Finance, fostering a holistic business perspective.


Education and Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree; preferred majors include Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Project Management, Industrial Distribution, and/or General Business Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Sharepoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross
- functional teams

  • Detailoriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work successfully in an environment with varying levels of complexity
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, SQ
