- Min 3 years proven pixel implementation & MMP integration and troubleshooting experience (AppsFlyer, Firebase are a must)
- Strong knowledge of the programmatic & digital marketing landscape
- Hands-on experience on multiple digital platforms (Ad servers / DSP / SSP / DMP, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of DSP tracking implementation & integration – DV360 and Xandr are a must
- Knowledge of the programmatic buying process. Knowledge of HTML5 and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Proven time management, prioritization, and team training skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in dealing with Clients from multiple markets including Asia and North America.
- Experience managing multiple time-sensitive tasks to completion, prioritizing accordingly
- Experience with implementing new processes promoting operational efficiency
- Solid experience with pixel implementation & troubleshooting for DV360, Xandr, Yahoo, Beeswax and Amazon DSP
- Solid experience with post-back tracking implementation and MMP integration for AppsFlyer and Firebase (this is essential) – additional MMPs are a bonus
- Working knowledge of ad servers (CM360) is an advantage
- Working knowledge and understanding of Javascript, HTML5
- Strong communication skills; an ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritise with a view to consistently hitting tight timelines

What impact will you create?
You will develop and implement floodlight tracking solutions across various DSPs including DCM, DV, Xandr, etc., ensuring accurate and efficient pixel placement for client campaigns.
Provide technical guidance and support to trading teams to optimize campaign performance based on pixel data insights and client KPIs and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in floodlight tracking and DSP integration, continuously enhancing technical knowledge and skillset to drive innovation and efficiency in campaign execution.
You will also proactively identify and address technical challenges related to floodlight implementation, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth campaign delivery and performance tracking.
