The Waldhof Finsterbergen is the educational and recreational facility of the Thuringian Sports Youth in the Thuringian Sports Federation e.V. The Waldhof is a group house that offers accommodation, sports and educational activities, program supervision for children and adolescents, as well as further education opportunities for adults. It is operated by the Thuringian Sports Federation Sport Management GmbH.

To complement our team, we are looking for a

Cook (m/f/d) for group catering in full-time or part-time

Your tasks:

  • Responsibility for the proper storage and processing of all products
  • Quality and quantity control when receiving goods delivered directly to the kitchen
  • If necessary, provide appropriate advice in conversation with guests
  • Constantly monitor the quality in your production area
  • Ensure efficient use of energy and resources
  • Provide creative suggestions for menu and meal design
  • Participate in inventories
  • Regularly attend training and internal service meetings

You have:

  • A completed apprenticeship as a cook or have professional experience
  • A motivated and creative attitude and work cost-consciously and customer-oriented
