Throughout the years, we have continuously adapted to the latest technology, developed innovative automation systems, and optimized our processes.

We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team in Fairplay, MD.


Your responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative and organizational support to the sales/project management team
  • Assisting with proposal creation and independently tracking invoices
  • Providing competent and friendly customer service over the phone
  • Data entry and maintenance in the ERP system
  • Designing and preparing handouts and presentation templates
  • Responsible for projectrelated document management

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office manager (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
  • Previous experience in sales is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and experience with ERP systems
  • Technical understanding
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • Strong customer orientation and reliability
  • Willingness to learn, structured work style, and team spirit
