    ECS is seeking an Information Management (IM) Operations Specialist to work in our MacDill AFB, FL location.

    Job Description:

    The successful candidate will have experience as a mid-level or senior staff officer at a Combatant Command or Service staff with a demonstrable history of assembling information that promotes a shared understanding of the information environment and enable an organization to better formulate and analyze Courses of Actions, make decisions, execute those decisions, and understand results from previous decisions.

    Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will have specific experience in the areas of Information Management strategy and policy, operations, and engineering/technical to ensure full operational capability of the COCOM's resources/assets.
  • Provide occasional 24/7/365 support for the Joint Operations Center.
  • Responsible for two-way data flow between coalition/partner information exchange systems and US networks. Principal advisor on information and dissemination management operations.
  • Candidate must be familiar with and have a history of creating and delivering accurate and timely action item requirements, as well as maintaining the ability to interact professionally and successfully with Government operational representatives.

    • Required Skills:

  • Must be a US Citizen per contract.
  • Active TS clearance and SCI eligibility; be able to securely handle/safeguard classified information.
  • Five plus years relevant work experience.
  • Experience with high-level military staff briefing and action items.
  • Highly experienced with Microsoft Office O365 products; excellent writing/briefing skills.
  • Must be available for travel to both domestic and international locations (CENTCOM AOR); no combat zone travel is authorized on this contract.
  • Ability to support a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • SharePoint specialist, with strong functional knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint application, site design, and list and libraries; and ability to cross-train on other Information Management positions and support for short duration surge/contingency.

    • Desired Skills:

  • Experience with CENTCOM Partner Network, Mission Partner Environment, Joint Information Environment, and Command and Control in the Information Environment; and knowledge of US, Coalition, and Partner classification and releasability caveats.
  • Experience in COCOM-level JOC operations.
  • Familiarity with DOD regulations pertaining to Information/Knowledge Management, Information Technology, and SharePoint practices.
  • Experience with Data Mining and Data Aggregation
