    Description


    Titan Technologies, a fast-growing systems integrator, is actively seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Business Operation Specialist for our Defense and Intelligence business sector directly supporting SITEC EOM 3.Reporting directly to the Titan Technologies Program Manager, you will be responsible for generating weekly and monthly tasks and financial reports.

    You will assist the finance team in responsibilities including tracking financial results, timekeeping discrepancies, and performing cost-benefit analyses and monitoring production KPIs.

    To be a successful Business Operations Specialist, you should have experience in the same or similar role, managing all business operations and assisting the program manager in setting goals across the entire organization.

    You should also demonstrate great leadership skills and be able to communicate the vision of the company across all levels.

    Ultimately, you will ensure that all business functions are in line with our program and company objectives and requirements.
    Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all processes are being adhered to and meet program goalsMaximize the efficiency of all program proceduresMonitor daily operations and address potential issues when they ariseBuild processes that meet our program objectives and ensure complianceMonitor financial data and recommend solutionsCoordinate with the HR department to ensure hiring plans meet program requirementsConsider the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new plansRequirements and skills5 years Business Operations Specialist or in a similar roleKnowledge of operations managementExperience with forecasting models including Microsoft Excel ExpertiseFamiliarity with Deltek Costpoint, preferably various project reporting (e.g., Business Intelligence)

    Time and Expense (T&E), project setup/maintenance and invoicingAttention to detailExceptional communication skillsEducation RequirementAssociate in Business ManagementCompany Description:
