Adecco Permanent Recruitment is looking for a Business Development Specialist for our client in the Flavorings industry. The ideal candidate can sit in any Midwestern US state (Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Missouri, or Kansas) and will have the ability to work from home and travel as needed. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales, business development, or account management experience in the Flavorings space

Responsibilities

Execute a strategic Business & Marketing plan for the Mid-West territory, aiming to maintain current business and find new high-potential customers.
Initiate projects with new clients, building solid relationships that lead to increased sales and expanded customer base.
Provide outstanding service to a small number of existing accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Tailor flavor solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
Study market trends and competitor activity in the Mid-West region to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Attend local and regional trade shows and networking events to promote our flavors and build brand awareness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
2-3 years of sales or account management experience in the Flavorings industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
