We are currently seeking an HRBP for our offices in Ringwood, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and executing various human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, and recognition.
You will also work closely with our payroll agency and employee benefits providers to support payroll processing in Germany and Switzerland.
Additionally, you will assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires, as well as support the implementation of HR procedures and aspects.
As part of our HR team, you will help foster a positive working environment and drive employee engagement initiatives.
You will serve as the first point of contact for HRrelated questions and provide support for recruitment activities, training and development coordination, and general administrative tasks.
You will also be responsible for maintaining HR reports and updating our Human Resources Information System.

Requirements:

46 years of experience in HR, business, or related fields, with at least 23 years in a multicountry/cultural organization.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related fields.
Knowledge of employment law regulations in Germany.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
Fluency in English and German.
