    Due to the growth of our business, Lobo Logistics ("Lobo" or the "Company") is expanding its logistics team and seeks to add an individual who can drive results for the Company, our clients, and our partners.

    The Carrier Manager's responsibility is to optimize the relationships between a company and its carriers, ensuring efficient logistics operations. They monitor rates and resolve issues promptly. Evaluating carrier performance against metrics, they seek to maintain high standards and identify new partners to enhance the Company's logistics network, ultimately ensuring smooth and reliable logistics services aligning with strategic goals.

    As a Carrier Manager, you will be responsible for:

    1. Contract Management: Negotiate and manage rates for logistics services, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

    2. Performance Monitoring: Monitor carrier performance and compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.

    3. Data Analysis: Analyze data and economic trends to identify opportunities for improving customer and carrier satisfaction and operational efficiency.

    4. Relationship Building: Foster and maintain carrier relationships including service inquiries and complaints promptly and satisfactorily.

    5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.

    6. Process Optimization: Utilize technology and systems to streamline processes and maximize operational efficiency.

    7. Reporting: Prepare and present reports, metrics, and recommendations to senior management.

    As a Carrier Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

    Essential Skills and Qualifications:

    In-depth knowledge of logistics, including relevant trends and regulatory requirements.

    Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

    Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and make informed recommendations.

    Understanding of customer service principles and customer relationship management.

    Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

    Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Familiarity with technology and systems used in logistics management.

    Ideal Candidates Should Have:

    A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

    Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.

    Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage interactions with carriers and suppliers.

    Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle any logistics-based challenges.

    Proven ability to lead and manage a team for success.

    -Willingness to travel to all active and prospective regions at least 25% of the month.

    Compensation:

    • This position offers an attractive compensation package comprised of compensation ranging from $85,000-$120,00/year, bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
    • Individuals who demonstrate an ability to succeed and grow with the Company will become eligible for equity incentives and long-term advancement opportunities.
