    With world-class R&D strength and over 350 team members, it has comprehensive capabilities from chip design and product development to mass production.

    Its products have been widely used in servers, telecom operators and data centers.

    Responsibilities
    Providing pre-sales technical support to customers, answering their technical questions about SSD products
    Collaborate with sales for assisting the sales in preparing technical demonstrations and product presentations
    Assist customers identify their technical requirements, track customer feedback and issues, and provide solution recommendations
    Assist customers in evaluating and testing SSD products to ensure compatibility with their applications

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electronics or Computer is preferred
    5+ years' of relevant experience, ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, provide feedback on client technology and requirements, and establish and maintain all levels technical customer relationships
    Basic technical skills in SSD or server, strong hands-on ability and willingness to learn, able to independently carry out platform testing work
    Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, passionate and pursuing pre-sales work, with the intention of becoming a solution expert or solution salesperson
    Familiar with Linux system, MySQL, Oracle, noSQL and other databases is preferred
