The **Court Operations Manager** will supervise Unit Division staff within one or multiple Divisions of the Unit. Responsibilities include managerial, administrative, financial, budgeting, and public relations work. The position involves planning, organizing, staffing, coordinating, directing, and evaluating Division functions.
The **ideal candidate** will bring integrity, energy, and a preference for collaborative problem-solving. They should have the ability to analyze complex problems, design solutions, mediate conflicts, and communicate effectively.
