- Develop engineering SOP's following manufacturing engineering best practices
- Create machining programs for CNC machining centers (turning, milling, grinding, gear shaping)
- Participate in concurrent evaluation and quality assurance design reviews
- Evaluate and approve drawings, routings, specs, and other related documents
- Design and procure tools/equipment necessary for production
- Identify, assess, and resolve production issues
- Provide training to assemblers to enhance processes and introduce new methods
- Fabricate prototypes as needed using concurrent engineering principles
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in developing CNC programs using Mastercam or equivalent CAM software
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and preventive skills
- Preferably, experience with MRP Systems
- Knowledge in metal fabrication, welding, and topcoat applications is a plus
