Orange County

We currently have open positions in:Fountain Valley, Stanton, Garden Grove, Santa Ana, Tustin, Orange, Anaheim, Buena Park, Cypress, Fullerton, Placentia, Yorba Linda, and La Habra.

WHO WE ARE
Clear Motivations is a nonprofit organization serving adults with disabilities in Orange County. We believe in community integration and equal employment opportunities for adults with disabilities. BENEFITS/PAY RANGE

The starting pay is
$20 (based on education/experience), and mileage compensation and partial cell phone reimbursement are also provided.

:8:30 to 2:30 pm/ 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Must be Enthusiastic and Motivating
Must understand the role as a job coach, We Teach, Motivate, Praise, so participants can Strive
Must be able to work with all participants in the program (training is provided).
Must cope with sudden changes and be flexible
Attendance and punctuality is a must.
Provides transportation to and from the participant/s home, including internship, work, or activity locations within the participants city of residence.
Provides full motivation and support throughout the day
Provides support towards advocacy and communication
Support individuals at their places of employment and/or activities.
Teach independent life skills.
Provides support with teaching best work practices, including appropriate social behavior in the workplace and/or community.
Provides a thorough recap of the day of the participant/s progress for each day using a cellphone.

QUALIFICATIONS

Possess a minimum of High School Diploma or G.E.D
Possess a valid California Driver's license and liability insurance.
Pass a background check.
Pass vehicle inspection (every 6 months)
Cell phone, computer, and texting ability.
CPR/First Aid
Company dress and grooming code adherence is strictly enforced.
Tattoos covered by clothing.
Facial and other visible piercings: jewelry removed during work hours (except for ear piercings; no plugs).
Conduct themselves in a professional, responsible, and reliable manner.
Have the motivation to learn new skills and help people
Excellent communication skills and enthusiastic attitude.
