    Description

    NaphCare is hiring an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) like you at the Arizona Department of Corrections - Tucson located in Tucson, Arizona.

    Full Time Shifts, Part Time, PRN shifts are available.

    PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs for FT shifts and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability.

    Pay rates range from $17.00-$25.00 per hour, based on employment status, shift, specific facility, site needs, licensure, and experience. Shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and can be discussed upon interview.

    Responsibilities for CNAs:

    • Assist with direct patient care procedures
    • Obtain patient history
    • Take Vital Signs
    • Prepare Charts
    • Assist with medical examinations
    • Perform routine procedures under established protocols (including but not limited to phlebotomy, EKGs, dressing changes, and wound cultures)

    Qualifications for CNAs:

    • High School Diploma or GED Certificate
    • Current Certification as Certified Nursing Assistant in state of employment
    • Valid CPR Card
    • Minimum of 1-year clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably correctional healthcare
    • Current Certification as Certified Nursing Assistant in Arizona
