Do good with Lafim-Diakonie for the elderly at the Evangelical Senior Center Hasenheyer-Stift, Meistersingerstraße 20 in 14471 Potsdam.

We are looking for a Care Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible, either full-time or part-time (hours/week).

Your role will involve promoting the independence and well-being of our residents through individualized, activating, and holistic care and support.

* You will carry out care and activation measures that positively influence the well-being of the people under your care.

* You will assist residents with daily activities and structuring their day. * While adhering to hygiene principles, you will perform household and nursing tasks. * You will provide basic medical care and support our nursing professionals. * You will take care of the physical and emotional needs of our residents.
