    NaphCare is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at the Arizona Department of Corrections - Tucson facility located in Tucson, Arizona.

    NaphCare has a partnership with NetCE that provides CEU/CME for our staff. NetCE uses a rigorous peer review process to ensure that all activities and content are up-to-date. This service streamlines continuing education for all NaphCare Employees to meet state specific requirements for maintaining licensing.


    Position Description:
    * providing supervision of nursing and support staff on assigned shifts
    * providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients

    • Bachelor's degree or RN with two years experience preferred
    • Must hold valid RN license in Arizona
    • Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification
    • Prior experience providing nursing care, working with a high degree of autonomy required
    • Prior experience in supervising nursing staff preferred
    • Experience working in a correctional environment preferred
    • Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
