I just recently defended my PhD and am looking to gain more experience in lab beyond just that of lab work. I wiping like to become familiar with all forms of managing the lab and staff.

I have many years experience doing research and developing SOP for high throughput experimentation involving robotics. I also taught for many years while obtaining my masters degree abs PhD so I would love to see how those managerial skills translate to running as full lab. 

I was the assistant director of the introductory biology labs  while I worked on my masters degree in Molecular Biology at the UA. When I started my PhD these managerial skills were used to help establish curriculum and ways to distribute material specifically during quarantine. After my work with these courses I focused on my own research that involved the managing of multiple undergraduates and robotics manipulation. Due to my success the robotics set up for this assay is extremely streamlined for high throughout analysis and has led to publications.
