    Job Posting: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Contract Position in Seattle, WA

    Soliant and its affiliates are proud to partner with districts in the Seattle, WA area to provide students with the services they need for a successful future. We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a school-based contract.

    Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

    Location: Seattle, WA

    Job Type: Contract

    Educational and Licensing Requirements:

    • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Current Washington State SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
    • Valid Washington State ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate or ability to obtain it.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of one year of recent experience in the field of speech-language pathology, preferably in a school setting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
    • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
