- Fostering and retaining relationships with the musical community in Fairfield County, CT and surrounding areas
- Community outreach in the form of "instrument tryout" and "instrument pettingzoo" events and other outreach opportunities to recruit student interest
- Instrument inventory management, accounting for the instrument rental program and generating proposals and quotes for schools as needed with appropriate followup and delivery

Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun and professional
Instrument Rental Representative to work on a part-time basis for Creative Music Center in Monroe, CT, named a NAMM Top 100 Dealer, 12 years running.
This staff member will serve as the account manager and primary point of contact for local band, orchestra, and music directors in Fairfield County, CT.
The desired hours for this position are 25 hours per week, approximately 9 a.m.-2 p.m., with occasional weekend flexibility for seasonal recruitment opportunities.
Primary responsibilities include:
A background in Instrumental Music Education and knowledge of the function and pedagogy of multiple instruments, as well as experience playing multiple instruments, are a must. A background in sales, recruitment, and/or administration is strongly desired but not required.

Ensemble Schools is a partnership of community-driven music & dance schools that maintain individual identities but share resources to ensure their mutual success.
Founded in 1982, Creative Music specializes in beginners of all ages, including seniors, with over 225 students taught every week.
We also teach students with advanced abilities.With 40+ years of professional teaching experience, we pride ourselves on our high retention rankings and having some of the best and most experienced teachers in the greater Fairfield County area.
In addition to our teaching studio, we also specialize in instrument sales, rentals, and repairs (including an on-site repair shop).
