The Handwerk gGmbH is the vocational training center of the Bremen Chamber of Crafts and is responsible for over-company apprentice training, career orientation, retraining, and vocational further education.

We are currently seeking suitable instructors on a freelance basis for the trade of
Construction.


The work will take place in the evenings (6:00 PM - 9:15 PM) and/or during business hours from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Depending on the need, the work may last for one or more weeks, or even individual days.


Your responsibilities:

  • Conducting theoretical and practical training in overcompany apprentice training for 1st to 3rd year apprentices
  • Participation in quality assurance
  • Contributing to teaching strategies and methods
  • Procurement of materials according to quality management guidelines
  • Qualifications as a master craftsman/woman
  • Preferably, experience in pedagogy or social pedagogy
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken form
  • Knowledge of MS Office and PC applications
  • Ability to work independently with a teamoriented approach
