    Description
    Job description of Senior Accounts and Finance Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    Responsible for overall financial strategy, decision-making, and leadership within the finance department. Involved in high-level financial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
    Higher level of decision-making authority and is often involved in strategic business decisions that impact the entire organization.
    Should be able to lead and manage a team of finance professionals. Provides guidance, mentorship, and direction to junior staff.
    Setup long-term financial planning, risk management, and setting financial goals aligned with the organization's overall strategy.
    Should be able to interact with senior executives, leaderships, and other key stakeholders. Effective communication and presentation skills are crucial.
    Should be able to deal with complex financial issues, challenging scenarios, and high-level problem-solving and requires a strategic mindset.
    Develop the systems & processes for smoother functioning of the payroll systems.
    Involved in tendering's especially with respect to payments & vetting the terms & conditions of the same.
    Educate the employees with PF programs, savings policies like NSP etc.


    Experience: 07 to 10 or more years of experience, advanced degrees such as an MBA or a relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA), may be preferred.
