We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) for our external Vendor-Flex location in Pfarrkirchen, Biltmore Forest, NC.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the operational processes and workflows of Amazon with a logistics service provider/supplier who is a key partner for our company.


You will be in constant communication with the logistics service provider/supplier, overseeing the handling of customer orders in the warehouse and monitoring our key warehouse metrics.

In addition to supporting optimal and situation-specific staffing plans with the logistics service provider/supplier and continuously improving processes, you will also be responsible for communicating with employees, supervisors, and other departments.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be representing Amazon on site, and therefore, strong technical knowledge, social skills, commitment, reliability, and a focus on workplace safety and quality are essential for success.

As you will also be providing support at other Vendor-Flex locations, travel readiness is required.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in coordinating and improving all processes in the Vendor-Flex area
  • Managing the service relationship with a focus on the following warehouse processes with the logistics service provider: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack, Shipping & Transportation, Shipping, Quality
  • Directly communicating with representatives from the logistics service provider/supplier, purchasing, and transportation companies
  • Monitoring key metrics in line with business objectives
  • Providing advice on the development and improvement of production processes within the service relationship
  • Strong communication skills
