Resident Project Representative to join our dynamic team.

As an RPR, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.


Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

Permit Compliance:

Document adherence to permits and promptly address any noncompliance issues.

Effective Communication:

Act as a constant channel between owners, engineers, and contractors.

Proactive Problem-Solving:

Identify potential concerns early to minimize delays and budget impacts.

Safety Focus:

Prioritize safety on every jobsite and procedure.


Requirements:


  • Associate's degree and 2 years of constructionrelated experience, or no degree and 4 years of experience.
  • 13 years of construction inspection experience.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
