- You will support the order fulfillment process of multiple warehouse locations through various senior level administrative duties such as order management, database management, shortage resolution, return processing, and exception management activities.
- You will support shipping and receiving as needed.
- You will foster clear communication with your team and internal contacts to address service related interests.
- You will develop close relationships with key vendors concerning contract terms, payments, and service while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- You will manage quality, service, and cost metrics, and regularly analyze and report on measured data while developing andimplementing specific plans to achieve improvements.
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in a warehouse setting
- 6 months forklift operator experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Plant location: Mendota Heights, MN
- Work week and shift: M - F, 1st shift
- Compensation: Hourly, starting at $27 / hour
- WMS experience
- SAP experience
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Previous project management experience
- Experience in hazardous materials shipping
- Exposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
