    Position SummaryCoordinate contract administration support for New Construction project teams.

    Upholds the fulfillment of Life Time's Mission Statement and the divisional goal of being a premier design, build, developer of Life Time facilities.

    Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare, distribute, receive, and log contract documents for vendor execution based on company processEnter approved subcontracts/agreements in the accounting systemMaintain detailed and organized central repository which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarificationsLog, enter, and review payments to contracts in the accounting systemFacilitate the training of team members on contract process and proceduresProvide support and maintenance for project collaboration software systems (ie. Prolog, Procore, Workday)Position RequirementsHigh School diploma or GEDFour-year college degree preferredFour years contract administration experience preferredPrevious experience with contract management system software preferredExperience analyzing and drafting legal documentsConstruction industry experience preferredExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutionsAbility to work with tight deadlines independently and within a team environmentAbility to multi-task and learn quicklyExcellent customer service skillsAbility to handle conflicts in a professional, tactful mannerAbility to build relationships with vendorsAbility to operate a computerPreferred RequirementsN/ALife Time is a place for everyone.
