Your tasks:


  • Planning, monitoring and controlling of work preparation, material management and production
  • Responsibility for the production of prototypes and their transfer to series production
  • Continuous improvement of production processes and quality
  • Budget/cost planning and monitoring, ensuring compliance
  • Disciplinary leadership responsibility for a team of approximately 10 employees
  • Professional development of the team
  • Responsibility for occupational safety and quality assurance
  • Collaboration with other inhouse departments and departments within the group

Your profile:


  • Completed degree/technical training in mechanical engineering, production technology or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in production, manufacturing or work preparation, ideally in special machine construction
  • Crossfunctional, processoriented thinking, structured work approach
  • Experience in employee leadership and development
  • Handson mentality, characterized by teamwork and communication
  • Loyal and reliable appearance
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with ERP systems
