- Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards with a focus on quality customer service
- Perform manual labor and utilize hand and power tools such as trimmers, pole saws, jackhammer, concrete saw, drills, shovels, etc.
- Perform skilled equipment operations
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Operate light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and equipment
- Perform work in various conditions and environments, including exposure to the outdoors and insects
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas
- Must be able to lift, push, and carry 50 – 70 pounds
- Must be able to work in various conditions, including but not limited to extreme heat and cold

Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Experience working in civil construction
Experience operating hand and power tools and equipment such as shovels, drills, and measuring tapes
Skilled in operating and maintaining light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and equipment including excavators and skid-steers
Basic computer skills
Experience installing fencing is preferred
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check; CDL license is a plus
Must be motivated, willing to work as a team, and willing to learn
Must be able to push and carry 50-70 pounds
Must be able to work in all outdoor weather conditions
Ability to pass a criminal background check

Must be able to work Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 5:00PM; additional work, including on-call, may be required
Must maintain a satisfactory background record
