We are currently looking for an Application & Infrastructure Manager B2C & Commercial to join our team at Stonyford.

Our department conceptualizes, implements, and integrates information technology infrastructure solutions for projects and internal orders, ensuring the fulfillment of defined quality goals with long-term technological expertise. Tasks that inspire

  • Operation, administration, and monitoring of cloud and on-premise systems (e.g. Passngr app or the airport homepage) as well as corresponding interfaces
  • Conducting error and performance analyses, including adjusting and improving system monitoring
  • Independent troubleshooting, resolution, and follow-up in 2nd and 3rd level support (including on-call duty)
  • Ensuring efficiency in 1st level support by optimizing tasks and processes in collaboration with internal and external partners, as well as software development and engineering teams

Qualifications that count

  • You have a degree in (business) informatics or a related field, or a comparable education and relevant, several years of professional experience.
  • You complement your theoretical knowledge with several years of practical experience in implementing and operating cloud systems, mobile apps, and systems such as Payara Server,
