What to expect

  • You will become part of our store team and gain comprehensive practical experience
  • You will learn about processes and tasks in all retail areas: from customer care, to merchandise management, product presentation, sales promotion, and assortment design
  • First and foremost, you will be the contact person for our customers, advising and supporting them in their purchasing decisions
  • You will work together with the team to ensure an efficient sales process and contribute to the success of the store
  • The dual training program includes practical training in our store and attending a commercial vocational school

What you should bring

  • A very good secondary school or high school diploma is required for the training
  • In addition, you should have enthusiasm for high-quality fashion, sales, and customer service, as well as the ability to approach people openly
