- Continuously lead and promote a Zero Accident Culture within the facility
- Optimize profitability and cash flow of the manufacturing facility
- Monitor key performance indicators and report to senior management
- Negotiate and manage the purchase of raw materials
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Manage and train the manufacturing team for optimal performance
- Identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures
- Develop relationships with stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Maintain facility infrastructure and equipment
- Implement policies and procedures for operational efficiency
- Work on talent planning including recruitment, retention, and succession
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety protocols
- Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours as needed
