Customer Advisor in B2C (m/f/d)


Kranhaus Cologne or stilwerk Hamburg | Full-time or part-time

Our offer to you:


  • You actively advise our customers (B2C) in our showroom and represent our company and brand.
  • You are the interface within our sales channel from the specialist trade to the end customer.
  • In close cooperation with our showroom management, you take on organizational and administrative tasks.
  • At our location, we organize various customer events (B2B and B2C) in which you play an organizational role.
  • You support our team in customer training (B2B) as part of our markilux Academy.
  • In addition, you contribute to our end customer hotline.

What you bring with you:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
  • You enjoy advising, have a passion for interacting with people, and are enthusiastic.
  • You have experience in direct customer contact and have an affinity for aesthetics, design, interior design, and architecture.
  • You are communicative and sociable, have a high level of selfmotivation, and approach tasks in a goaloriented and independent manner.
