Description
:Aston Carter is searching for a Key Account Support Associate for our client in the Optical space. Assist Key Account Manager by supporting regional sales and account management goals and activities; serve as Liaison between Key Account Manager and Customer Service. Answer and triage inbound calls and emails from Key Accounts. Use, leverage, and maintain CRM database systems for all customers to document inquiries, requests, resolutions and follow up tasks. Follow all outlined procedures and guidelines to address customer inquiries and requests. Complete any assigned tasks, including but not limited to, making phone calls, following up on orders, supporting key account sales and updating database information. Provide unmatched customer service and high quality of service to key accounts. Work with production team members and supervisors tracking and prioritizing work orders for key accounts. Ensure quality and care of finished product before shipment to key accounts. Perform research, when needed, to address customer needs. Examine current customer accounts for unmet needs and service deficiencies to provide recommended solutions and drive sales. Meet all performance metrics as outlined.

Customer focus and strong skills for building relationships and collaborating with cross functional teams.
