Position Overview:
As a Manufacturing Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and guiding your team members to achieve operational goals.
Reporting to the Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of production workers and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in adherence to quality and safety standards.
Your leadership skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities will contribute to the achievement of production targets, process optimization, and the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
