    Job Description Description:
    The Communications Manager is responsible for overall strategic communication initiatives. The focus is to promote effective internal and external communications. Reporting to the General Manager, responsible for proactive public relations, marketing communications, and digital media.

    Menlo Circus Club, Atherton, CA
    Full-time $80,000 - $110,000 a year


    Requirements:

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Build a comprehensive communications strategy for the Club's brand identity and vision.
    Responsible for Member Communications, including editing content, newsletters, announcements, and event invitations.
    Ensure communications align with the brand and are professional, engaging, and free of errors.
    Oversee marketing communication campaigns and content creation for various channels.
    Set performance goals and objectives and lead strategic alignment of the communication department.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all departments.
    Develop member communication programs and coordinate member events.
    Conduct regular analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
    Manage the club's online presence and digital media strategies.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field and a Minimum of six (6) years of experience
    Experience in integrated marketing communication campaigns and digital media platforms.
    Proven experience in a communications leadership role, preferably in the hospitality or cub industry.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff and members.
    Strong project management and people skills.
    Experience in Club Essentials is a plus.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    Ability to work in an office environment, including sitting for extended periods.
    Manual dexterity to operate a computer, keyboard, and other office equipment.
    Attendance at outdoor training and special events.
    Full-time $80,000 - $110,000 a year
