- Suivi de lactivit, du P&L et des KPIs avec le management et les Oprationnels : identification des axes d'amliorations et proposition d'actions correctives
- Pilotage des revues trimestrielles avec le management du primtre en vue de dfinir et de suivre des plans dactions
- Construction et suivi des budgets et forecasts
- Suivi des charges: validation des charges comptabilises et validation des provisions mensuelles, reporting et analyses aux cltures mensuelles et trimestrielles
- Raliser les reportings et tableaux de bord d'analyse de la performance destination des Directeurs Oprationnels et de la Direction Corporate
- Participer au dveloppement des outils d'analyse du rsultat et d'aide la dcision ncessaires au pilotage de l'activit.
- Participer au dveloppement du Business partnering sur les nouveaux primtre intgrs
- Dplacements occasionnels prvoir.
- Dot(e) d'excellentes qualits de communication, d'une bonne capacit d'analyse et de synthse, vous tes rigoureux et mthodique tout en tant capable de travailler en toute autonomie.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance d'Excel et idalement de Workday.
- Vous pratiquez l'anglais couramment (oral et crit) car vos changes se feront uniquement en franais et anglais.
- Vous tes diplm d'un bac + 4/5 en finance (DESCF, ESC, Universit, ...)
- Vous avez 5 6 ans d'exprience minimum au sein d'une direction financire dans un contexte international.

Responsibilities:Au sein de la Direction Administrative et Financire du groupe Axway et rattach au directeur FP&A du groupe, vous intgrez une quipe de Finance Business Partner sur un primtre internationale et matriciel complexe.
Principales missions et responsabilits
Vous interviendrez en vritable Business Partner auprs des Directions Oprationnelles et Corporate.
Vous assurerez la gestion financire dune zone gographique et deviendrez linterlocuteur de rfrence pour le General Manager et ses quipes.
