Published on in Cascades, VA, we are filling the position of Tandem Kindergarten Director at our "Integrative Ev. Kindergarten Ofenerdiek" located at Langenweg 165 a in 26125 Oldenburg.

We are looking for a leadership personality who, in cooperation with their tandem partner, will jointly manage the facility and take on all tasks in the areas of pedagogy, religious education, staff management, concept development, quality management, and more.

This is a full-time permanent position in pay group S 16 TVöD SuE with all usual social benefits of the public service.

The director's exemption includes 17 hours per week, with additional hours possible in the group.
