Privately-held and family-owned business founded in 1990, the company is currently led by Dr. Andrea Brault, President and Chief Executive Officer. The company is staffed by nearly 300 professionals around the U.S. with headquarters in San Dimas, California.
The successful Provider Enrollment Manager brings outstanding project management and priority setting skills to the department with an ability to deliver a variety of problem solving strategies to daily changes in priority projects.
The manager has excellent knowledge of payer enrollment requirements and will provide hands-on oversight and direction to the Provider Enrollment Specialists.
Effective education and direction of PE staff and billing department stakeholders is a key deliverable.This position has overall responsibility for key enrollment functions that support appropriate payer contracting and claims adjudication as well as Brault's brand as a premium provider of client services in emergency medical billing.
Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Experience and knowledge of regulatory issues (CMS 855 filings, HIPAA and privacy regulations, etc.)
Experience completing and submitting provider enrollment packets to third party payers throughout the country
Proven skills at leading, influencing, and negotiating
Excellent written communication skills
Facilitation, critical thinking, and decision making skills
Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
Ability to develop direct reports, coach, and motivate with diplomacy and supportiveness
Lead the management of multiple and competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Excellent ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate policies, procedures, and regulations effectively
Experience with Intellisoft Provider Enrollment software is a plus
Education & Experience Requirements
Undergraduate degree in related discipline, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of management experience in a corporate environment with 300 employees
A CPCS certification is highly preferred
